Booking and Payment

  1. How do I book a trip or course?

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and bank transfers. If you have specific needs, please contact us for options.

    Yes, if there’s availability. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Cancellation and Changes

    • Cancellations for trips 3 days or less: Allowed up to 14 days before the trip with a $30 admin fee.

    • Cancellations for trips 4-13 days: Allowed up to 30 days before the trip with a $75 admin fee.

    • Cancellations within these windows are non-refundable.

  2. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
    Yes, participants can transfer their spot to another person at no additional cost, provided they meet all prerequisites for the program.

  3. What happens if VIBE cancels a trip?
    If we cancel a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option of a full refund, rescheduling, or credit for a future trip.

Fitness and Preparation

  1. Do I need to be very fit to join a trip?
    Fitness requirements vary by trip. Most programs require moderate fitness, while advanced trips may demand higher endurance and climbing skills. Fitness recommendations are included in the trip details.

  2. What if I’m not sure about my fitness level?
    Contact us! We’re happy to discuss your fitness and skill level to help match you with the best trip or course.

  3. Do I need prior experience for your trips?
    It depends on the trip. We offer beginner-friendly courses like Intro to Rock Climbing and advanced options like Multi-Pitch Efficiency Training. Prerequisites are listed for each trip.

  4. What should I bring for my trip?
    A gear list is provided with each trip. Generally, you’ll need personal items like appropriate clothing, climbing or hiking gear, and food. We provide technical and safety equipment unless specified otherwise.

    Food and transportation are typically not included. However, we can assist with recommendations and logistics upon request.
