Our Rock Basics: An introduction to the fundamentals 1 day Course is a beginner-friendly, one-day experience designed for those new to climbing or transitioning to outdoor rock climbing. This course introduces essential climbing skills in a relaxed and supportive environment, helping you develop confidence and familiarity with climbing on real rock. Under the guidance of experienced ACMG-certified instructors, you’ll learn the basics of climbing safety, technique, and communication to set a strong foundation for future climbing adventures.

Morning: Meet your guide for an introduction to outdoor climbing gear, basic safety, and route orientation.
On the Rock: Practice tying in, belaying, and effective communication between climber and belayer.
Afternoon: Continue practicing on the rock, with a focus on building climbing technique and confidence.
