    • Midday: Complete 2-3 rappels as you navigate the summit traverse, practicing rope handling and movement efficiency under expert guidance.

    • Afternoon: Enjoy runnable sections of the descent as you return to the trailhead, capping off the day with reflections on your new mountain running skills.
